So what has California done differently from Wisconsin?

California leads the nation in jobs created.  So what has California done differently from Wisconsin?
– raised minimum wage to $9/ hour – raised taxes on the wealthy (after a state wide referendum) – negotiated with its state employee unions… – kept tough environmental regulations in place – energetically implemented Obamacare – accepted high speed rail dollars – dramatically increased funding for schools
Scott Walker opposes every one of those actions, saying they’ll kill jobs.  Scott Walker, wrong in every way.
